User Accounts

Company Listings
Companies listed on our platform must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that violate our guidelines, contain false information, or are otherwise inappropriate. Verified status requires document submission and admin approval.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features, including web visibility, require an active subscription. Subscriptions are processed through our payment gateway. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use TMTrade to post false or misleading information, spam or harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or collect data without permission, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
